Rachel is a versatile fractional HR leader with 16+ years of experience serving as a trusted advisor. She is a compliance expert with broad knowledge of state and federal state labor laws. Rachel’s expertise lies in strategic HR leadership, workforce planning, employee relations, and total rewards design and management. Rachel is equipped with a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from UConn and holds current SHRM-SCP and HRCI-SPHR certifications. Rachel lives on the Connecticut Shoreline and treasures any opportunity to visit cities like Boston and NYC to catch a live performance, see a baseball game, or indulge in diverse dining experiences at local restaurants.

Nathaniel

Nathaniel is an experienced HR professional committed to cultivating productive work environments. His expertise spans the HR and payroll spectrum, with a focus on employee growth, regulatory compliance, and efficient payroll management. He enthusiastically strives for an inclusive workplaces that empower all employees. Nate holds a BA in Management with a focus in Entrepreneurship and Small business, a BA in Marketing, and is currently working on his SHRM-CP. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, skiing, supporting local businesses, and cherishing family moments amidst mountain adventures. He's prepared to elevate HR standards in your organization.
